Ever since Lucinda Loya established her award-winning interior design firm nearly thirty years ago, her unmistakable aesthetic has been sought-after by discerning clients from around the world. Her project portfolio includes private homes, grand commercial spaces, professional sports facilities, private jets, and more. An internationally-published, award-winning designer, her visionary interiors have established her firm’s global footprint and its reputation for creativity and excellence. Lucinda’s eclectic trademark is known to breathe life into multi-faceted residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. The results are soulful, couture interiors that above all, stand the test of time.

Through dramatic contradictions of texture, pattern, and color, cleverly paired with fine art, accessories, and antiques, Lucinda weaves a poetic sense of character and individuality through every space. Her distinctive style has graced the covers of the world’s foremost design publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, House Beautiful, The New York Post, The NY Times, The Wall Street Journal, Interiors and many more. The firm’s works can be found in internationally published books, including Rizzoli’s On Style by Carl Dellatore, TeNeues’ Interior Design Review: Best Design on the Planet, and an unprecedented three projects including cover features in two editions of INTERIORS: Europe & The Americas by Roberto Begnini. Recently, she has been featured in Rizzoli's More is More is More and is to appear in a forthcoming book by Design Leadership Network.

With headquarters in Houston and offices in New York and Los Angeles, she oversees multi-million-dollar projects that range from the Boston Celtics headquarters and facilities, to private jets and boutique hotels, including the Thompson Hotel Houston. Her interiors have been featured on hit TV shows such as CBS’s Living Large, Law and Order, and CSI, as well as HGTV’s Selling NY. Loya has two new notable brand collaborations, including one with Flavor Paper and an upcoming launch with The Rug Company, further solidifying her innovative presence in the design landscape.

Beyond design, Lucinda Loya is a dedicated philanthropist, wife, and mother committed to empowering all women and redefining leadership. She has contributed both hands-on and advisory support, as well as notable fundraising to numerous non-profit organizations ranging from child advocacy to education and the arts and is known as one of Houston’s top trendsetters. She currently reigns as a “Leader in Design 2024” and has been honored on lists such as the exclusive Vogue 100, a hand-picked curated community of distinctive creative voices from around the globe, The Salonnierre’s list of America’s Most Notable Party Hosts, Houston’s 25 Most Beautiful People and has achieved “Hall of Fame” status on Houston Chronicle’s Best Dressed List, a celebration of Lucinda’s eye for style that transcends both fashion and interior design.
